Venice Drive Holiday Home is located less than 1Km from the main Uvongo beach, in a tranquil setting overlooking the coastal forest and Indian Ocean, providing breath-taking panoramic views of the river valley and tree canopy leading into the ocean. Around June to July you will be able to watch "The Greatest Shoal on Earth", the annual sardine run whether you are swimming, having a braai or just relaxing at the house.
The trees are evident all around the property and play a huge part in the tranquillity of the house. There is a natural terraced garden that amplifies the ambience of the property. The spacious and airy open plan design of the kitchen, lounge, and dining room is perfect for entertaining the family or friends. This area leads onto the front tiled patio, with amazing views of the coastal forest and Indian Ocean. There is very little left of the hectic outside world.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and braai utensils. There is a 7 burner gas hob in the centre console as well as a conventional and microwave oven, toasted sandwich maker, large double door fridge-freezer and filtered water on tap. Leading off the kitchen is the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
